HOW TO MAKE THIS CROISSANT FRENCH TOAST SKILLET:
Cut or rip the croissants into cubes and let dry out for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350 F
In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, half & half, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Pour this mixture into the skillet evenly over the croissants.
Top evenly with a sprinkle of brown sugar. Bake for 30 minutes covered with foil. Then bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Ingredients
- 8 croissants large
- 8 eggs
- 1 ¼ cup half & half
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- fresh berries for topping
Instructions
- Cut or rip the croissants into cubes and let dry out for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350 F
- In a 10 inch skillet, melt butter on low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and make sure the bottom is completely covered in the melted butter. Place the croissant cubes into the skillet and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, half & half, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Pour this mixture into the skillet evenly over the croissants. Top evenly with a sprinkle of brown sugar.
- Bake for 30 minutes covered with foil. Then bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Top with berries, whipped cream, and/or syrup!
